  • What is Soy Wax?
    Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soy beans through a process called hyfrongenation. Soy wax is eco-friendly and provides a cleaner burn that enables your candle to last longer
  • Where Should I Store My Soy Candle?
    It is best to store your candles in a cool and dry place until ready to use
  • How Long Should I Burn My Candle
    For safety reasons do not burn your candle longer than 4 hours. This rule will also help your candle last longer. When burning your candle also remember to keep candle within your sight and out of reach of children, pets and other flammable objects Never leave your candle burning next to an open draft or unattended Additionally, when you initially burn your candle allow it to burn for at least an hour so that the wax melts to all sides of container; this helps your candle avoid tunneling
  • Should I Trim My Wick?
    Yes! Trimming your wick about 1/4 before you re-light your candle minimizes soot, make your candle last longer as well as get rid of mushrooming that can occur on the wick. You can trim your wick by just pinching the tip of you wick with your fingertips when candle is cool.
  • Why Does My Candle Look Different ?
    Our candles are hand poured in small batched so each one may appear differently Also remember natural soy wax may cause your candles to have wet spots, uneven surfaces, air bubbles and even frosting; this is a natural occurrence in soy candles; burn as usual
