In the event an order was damaged or a mistake has been we will gladly fix it

No exchanges are allowed at this time

If you wish to cancel an order it must be done within 24 hours of purchase; after this time fram refunds will not be available for cancelled orders

Refunds are not available for items that have already shipped or for personalized orders. 

You are responsible for all return shipping costs

Exchanges are not available for frosting, wet spots or air bubbles as these are natural occurrences for soy candles; just burn as usual (see our candle care page)

All order ship for a $8.00 flat rate 

Free shipping for orders over $80.00

We currently only ship within the United States with the option to track your package

Please allow 7-10 business days for order to arrive after placing your order

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email  as well as a shipping email to track your order to the email provided

Please be sure you provide a correct email address

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud

Please provide a working address for us to ship your products. Any refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping costs. In the event you would like for us to re-ship your order that has been returned, additionally shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

If your order using PayPal please ensure your address is up to date in their system

We are not responsible for inaccurate addresses with PayPal

We do our best to package items carefully to avoid damaging; in cases of extreme weather we recommend retrieving package as soon as possible from doorstep
